Rates:
Good Faith Estimate of Costs--Therapy sessions are billed at the following rates. In most cases, sessions are 55-60 minutes in length:
• 60-minute session $110
• 45-minute session $95
• Up to 30-minute session $55
*1.5 hours for intake/initial diagnostic evaluation $150
Insurances: I accept the following insurances:
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Private Pay and HSA:
I accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards as well as HSA cards. These can be used for co-pays, deductibles, and/or full payment for sessions. Please let me know if you have any questions.
